Site Agent / Site Manager

Red Sky Personnel are recruiting for a Site Agent / Site Manager to join a leading civil engineering contractor delivering infrastructure projects across Hampshire, Sussex and Kent.

As Site Agent / Site Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the safe, efficient and commercially successful delivery of civil engineering projects. Working closely with project teams, clients and stakeholders, you will ensure projects are delivered on programme, within budget and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Previous experience as a Site Agent or Site Manager within civil engineering

• Strong experience delivering infrastructure or water sector projects

• Knowledge of NEC and/or JCT forms of contract

• Experience producing and managing construction programmes, RAMS and ITPs

• Strong commercial awareness, cost control and programme management experience

• Degree or HNC (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering

• SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely

• Valid CSCS Card

• Excellent leadership, communication and client-facing skills
