Designed for a commercial specialist with a solid Main Contractor background, you will take full commercial responsibility for assigned remediation schemes, managing trade packages, cost reporting, and accounts from pre-construction through to final account settlement.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Handle full commercial management of facade, cladding, and external remediation packages. Procure trade subcontracts, analyze tenders, and negotiate terms. Produce monthly Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) and cash flow forecasts. Manage interim valuations, applications for payment, and payment notices. Administer variation accounts and assess scope changes accurately. Agree final accounts with both trade subcontractors and main contractor clients.
