What you''ll be doing Managing your own geographical territory Building strong, long-lasting relationships with shop owners and key decision-makers Advising retailers on product availability, merchandising and category performance Negotiating trading agreements and identifying commercial opportunities Delivering against agreed sales and distribution targets Analysing store and market data to identify growth opportunities Educating retailers and store teams on products, promotions and best practices Planning and executing activities to maximise business performance across your territory What we''re looking for Previous experience in field sales, account management, business development or retail management Excellent relationship-building, communication and influencing skills Strong commercial awareness with confident negotiation ability Self-motivated, organised and able to manage your own territory effectively Comfortable using data and insights to identify opportunities and ..... full job details .....
