Oliver JamesWe are supporting a global consulting group''s award-winning cyber security practice in the hiring of a Director specialising in Identity and Access Management (IAM) advising into the UK Financial Services sector.Working on a hybrid-basis, the role, team and clients are London-centric - and will pay c£200,000 basic plus extra cash benefits, annual bonuses and broad benefits.We are supporting a global consulting group''s award-winning cyber security practice in the hiring of a Director specialising in Identity and Access Management (IAM) advising into the UK Financial Services sector.Working on a hybrid-basis, the role, team and clients are London-centric - and will pay c£200,000 basic plus extra cash benefits, annual bonuses and broad benefits.Our client''s cyber security services are defined within three capability groups:Cyber Risk, Resilience and PrivacyIdentity and Access Management (IAM) and cloud securityCyber Threat ManagementThey provide cyber security services to clients across three coverage groups:Financial ServicesThe Director role will be responsible for the following areas:This will include defining the vision, objectives and plan and oversee the implementation of this.IAM leads in other Cyber Security coverage groups and Technology Risk) to bind offerings together.SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, etc.) Work collaboratively with the IAM capability leadership on the people management of the IAM business to enable the strategy to be successful.Connect and enable our business transformation work with IAM and shape the future of IAM though innovative services and tools.Reporting to the Lead Cyber Security Partner for FS, the Director role involves:Being responsible for expanding our IAM services in the FS sector.Contributing to the overall FS cyber security strategy by identifying where there are opportunities for growth and developing the strategy to capitalise on cyber security risk opportunities in this sector.Building and managing excellent networks and client relationships (typically at CIO, CRO, COO, CISO or Head of Technology level) across a range of FS organisations.Experience of working in the Financial Services sector including working with large, global organisations.Proven experience of successfully leading, managing and delivering cyber security and technology advisory and assurance services to large/medium, multi-national clients.ability to explain technical issues to a non-technical audience, extensive relevant sales experience, negotiation and project management skills.Sound understanding of risk management in professional services environment.Seniority level
