This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual who enjoys working with data, solving problems and identifying ways to improve warehouse efficiency and stock accuracy. You will play a key role in managing inventory accuracy, investigating stock discrepancies and supporting continuous improvement across warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain stock accuracy, investigating discrepancies and implementing corrective actions. Analyse inventory data, stock movements and performance trends to identify opportunities for improvement. Coordinate and lead stock takes and cycle counting programmes. Investigate stock adjustments, identify recurring issues and recommend solutions. Produce accurate stock reports and present findings to management. Maintain inventory records and master data within Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Work closely with warehouse managers, operational teams and customers to improve stock control processes. Identify opportunities to improve warehouse layouts, stock movements and operational efficiency. Support the development and improvement of WMS processes and reporting.
