Position: Site Manager
Start Date: September 2025 
Location: Great Missenden 
Contract Type: Full Time
Salary: £25000 - £3200 per annum (Pro rata based on hours)

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Manager to oversee the safety, maintenance, and development of our school premises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the site is safe, secure, clean, and well maintained.

• Lead on health and safety compliance, including Asbestos and Legionella management.

• Manage contractors and supervise site staff (cleaning, grounds maintenance).

• Plan and deliver maintenance projects within budget.

• Act as main key holder and respond to emergencies.

• Support lettings, events, and portering duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in site or facilities management (school experience an advantage).

• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.

• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.

• A positive, professional approach.
