We''re now looking for a Kitchen Manager with a sharp eye for detail and strong commercial acumen to oversee stock control, food costs and kitchen systems across this large-scale, event-led operation. The Role As Kitchen Manager, you''ll sit at the heart of the culinary operation, ensuring robust controls, accurate stock management and cost efficiency across multiple kitchens and outlets. Working closely with Head Chefs, Lead Chefs and operational teams, you''ll support high-volume food delivery while maintaining tight financial and compliance controls. This is an ideal role for someone who understands kitchens inside out and enjoys driving performance through systems, data and organisation. Key Responsibilities Oversee all food stock control processes across SEC kitchensManage ordering, deliveries, storage and stock rotation in line with food safety standardsMonitor food costs, margins and GP, identifying and addressing variancesSupport menu costing, portion control and waste reduction initiativesLead stock takes, audits and reporting, ensuring accuracy and accountabilityWork closely with culinary and finance teams to drive cost efficiencyEnsure compliance with food safety, allergen, HACCP and health and safety standardsSupport continuous imp
