Read on to find out what you will need to succeed in this position, including skills, qualifications, and experience.This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in enhancing and embedding the Group Risk Management Framework, supporting strategic decision-making and fostering a strong risk culture across the organisation.Key Responsibilities:Support the development and maintenance of risk assessment processes and reporting toolsContribute to the evolution of Risk Appetite Statements, metrics, and escalation protocolsAssist in planning and facilitating Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs)Produce high-quality risk MI and reporting for senior management, Boards, and CommitteesConduct deep dives, trend analysis, and root cause reviews to support business unitsMaintain and improve the Group’s risk management system and ensure data integritySupport the ICARA/ORSA processes, including stress testing and regulatory documentationMonitor regulatory developments and assist in updating risk policies and proceduresPartner with stakeholders to embed risk ownership and provide guidance on risk practicesMentor junior analysts and contribute to team developmentIdeal Candidate:4+ years of experience in risk management within financial servicesStrong understanding of risk frameworks, governance models, and regulatory requirementsExperience with RCSAs, incident management, and risk reportingCommercial awareness and ability to link risk insights to business impactProficient in Excel; Power BI and SQL experience desirableAnalytical thinker with both qualitative and quantitative analysis skillsConfident communicator with the ability to influence and engage across all levelsSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple prioritiesRole Details:Type:
