User Researcher — 6 Months, Hybrid in London (2 days per week) • Inside IR35 • £590 per day. This role requires eligibility for SC Clearance and at least 5 years of residence in the UK. The ideal candidate will have experience in Government Digital Services (GDS) projects and in Service Design.Responsibilities and requirements

Strong experience in user research, service design, or human-centred designStrong portfolio of research work demonstrating strategic impact, storytelling, and end-to-end capabilityDeep expertise in user-centred design principles and research methodologiesExperience working within agile teamsSkilled in planning, conducting, and analysing research independentlyAble to communicate findings clearly and influence decision-making at all levelsComfortable facilitating workshops and engaging senior stakeholdersFamiliarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and inclusive research practicesUnderstanding and experience of Government Digital Services (GDS)Desirables
