Job Overview:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will deliver vital lesson support and offer targeted help to students who need extra guidance. This full-time Teaching Assistant position offers excellent career progression and stable pay rates in a vibrant school environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver targeted academic and routine guidance to students, 1-on-1 or in small groups.
* Assist the teacher by adapting learning materials to student targets.
* Guide student behaviour with patience, clear boundaries, and positive reinforcement.
* Track, monitor, and report student progress to senior staff.

Requirements:
* Proven experience or relevant training as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant.
* Deep knowledge of secondary curriculum subjects and classroom management.
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willing to apply.
* Full compliance with standard UK school safeguarding regulations.
