Quantity Surveyor Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum Location: Basingstoke Job Type: Full-time The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a high-performing commercial team working on an established SGN contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with experience in the utilities or civil engineering sector, particularly someone with a strong understanding of NEC contracts, subcontract management and high-volume works. The role will play an important part in ensuring the commercial success of the contract while supporting the delivery of sustainable and future-focused infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Generate weekly revenue and cost reports Control and monitor submissions of daily completed works Produce and manage Schedules of Rates Reconcile subcontractor costs and prepare payment certificates Liaise closely with Operations and Planning teams to monitor job progress Identify and manage changes in scope Review scheme works to ensure commercial and operational targets are on track Price completed jobs across high-volume works Analyse weekly and monthly cost and revenue data Monitor commercial performance and identify potential risks and opportunities Maintain accurate commercial records and ensure data integrity About You The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor Experience delivering NEC contract schemes Strong subcontract management experience A background ..... full job details .....
