Proven ability to lead workshops, configure ORC solutions, support testing and deployments, and deliver recruitment transformation initiativesYour responsibilities: Provide Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) functional support and query resolution. Configure and maintain Oracle Recruiting Cloud based on business requirements. Configure recruiting workflows including requisitions, candidate selection processes, job offers, and hiring journeys. Support integrations between Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Core HR. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend best-practice recruitment solutions.
