Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging English lessons across the relevant Key Stages.
* Teach English Language and Literature in line with the national curriculum.
* Monitor, assess and support students'' academic progress.
* Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
* Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of students of varying abilities.
* Contribute to curriculum development and departmental activities.
* Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management.

The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience teaching English at secondary school level.
* Strong subject knowledge of English Language and Literature.
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
* Passionate about inspiring and motivating young learners.
