Role Overview: Site TrainerA typical day may involve:

Supporting the training of new ACAs in all facets of PTS operations.

Supporting the training of site-based staff in mandatory training requirements.

Supporting the mandatory periodic refresher training for ACAs and site-based staff.

Developing and enhancing training programs for ACAs and site-based staff using the Absorb Learning Management System.

Keeping all records of training fully updated and ensuring all training is signed off through Absorb.

Assisting in ensuring that all relevant procedures, policies, and safe systems of work are adhered to.

Acting as Duty Officer including spot and compliance checks.

Undertaking Patient Assessments as required.

Supporting Safeguarding Leads in safeguarding referrals and investigations.

Encouraging workforce compliance with Safe Systems of Work and accident prevention plans.

Training drivers in mandatory inspections required (including vehicle and equipment checks).

Undertaking Patient Home Assessments and ensuring proper documentation and record keeping.

Facilitating cooperation among drivers, managers, and supervisors to promote a safe working culture.

Providing feedback to management regarding training and individual issues.

Who This Role Suits

Knowledge of PTS and the healthcare sector.

Educated to high school level with 5 years'' experience in Customer Service.

AET Level 3 (or equivalent) Training provided if needed.

A compassionate nature with strong dedication to patient care and outstanding communication skills.

Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
