Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Production Operative to join a manufacturing site in Bridgwater.

Due to the location, you must have your own transport.

Training will take place during the first four weeks on day shifts, paid at -12.21 to -12.71 per hour. After training, you will move onto a rotating shift pattern.

The shift pattern is Monday to Friday, 6 am - 2 pm one week and 2 pm - 10 pm the following week, paid at -14.65 per hour.

• Work within a manufacturing and production environment.

• Operate machinery and production equipment as required.

• Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in all work.

• Work collaboratively as part of a production team.

• Follow health and safety procedures at all times.

• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is beneficial but not essential.

• Strong attention to detail and a consistent approach to work.

• Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to changing priorities.

• Willingness to learn with full training provided.

• Ability to follow health and safety procedures.

• Own transport required due to location.

• Training provided during the first four weeks on day shifts.
