Role: Registered Children''s Home ManagerLocation: Bradford, West YorkshireHours: Full Time, Permanent (40 hours per week)Salary: 53,000 - 60,000 per annum (depending on experience) What will you be doing?Taking overall responsibility for the leadership, management and development of a 6-bed therapeutic children''s residential home.Registering with Ofsted and ensuring the home operates in line with the Children''s Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards.Creating a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment that promotes positive outcomes for children and young people.Leading, motivating and developing a team of residential support workers, seniors and deputies to deliver outstanding care.Ensuring safeguarding remains at the heart of all practice and that concerns are managed appropriately and effectively.Managing staffing, recruitment, supervision, training and performance management.Monitoring and maintaining quality assurance processes, audits and compliance standards across the service.Building effective relationships with local authorities, placing authorities, social workers, families, education providers and other professionals.Managing referrals, admissions and placement matching to ensure the needs of young people can be successfully met.Overseeing budgets and resources to ensure the effective operation of the home.Championing a trauma-informed and therapeutic approach to support children with complex emotional and behavioural needs.Driving continuous ..... full job details .....
