Your new role A Programme Manager is urgently required to join the Property Technology team. They are responsible for the design and governance of technology within buildings, the successful implementation of these systems during development and the subsequent effective management of them during operations. This specifically includes the running of the underlying systems and digital smart solutions that sit above these to optimise efficiency of buildings and tenant engagement.The Property Technology Programme Manager is responsible for driving the roadmap of strategic delivery across the various workstreams, ensuring all budget, compliance and legal frameworks are in place for successful project delivery.
