Are you organised, detail-driven, and passionate about turning exciting events into seamless experiences£ We’re a vibrant special events company based in Pershore, and we’re looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our lively team and play a key role in the smooth running of our operations.

Working Hours

- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

Documentation and Task Tracking

- Maintain and regularly update project plans, action logs, schedules, and documentation
- Ensure tasks are captured accurately and tracked against assigned deadlines.

Meeting Coordination

- Schedule and organise
- e project meetings with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Take detailed minutes and follow up on assigned actions.

Tool and Requirements Support

- Assist in gathering and documenting project requirements.
- Input and maintain data in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).

Team Support and Coordination

- Help coordinate internal resources and ensure they have clarity on deliverables.
- Provide hands-on support to team members to remove blockers and improve workflow.

Issue Escalation and Reporting

- Proactively flag delays, risks, or issues to the Project Manager.
- Contribute to status reporting and keep records of progress updates.
