MMP are seeking an experienced Temporary Site Services Estimator to join our clients growing and reputable business within the construction and infrastructure sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in temporary site services who can accurately prepare estimates, support business development activities, and contribute to the successful delivery of projects nationwide. Location: Surrey Salary: 55,000 - 70,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within the temporary site services industry and will possess a strong understanding of the requirements and challenges associated with construction site infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for temporary site services projects. Review tender documentation, specifications, and drawings to determine project requirements. Produce detailed quotations for temporary power, water, lighting, welfare facilities, and associated site services. Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure accurate pricing and project delivery. Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations. Identify opportunities for value engineering and cost savings. Attend client meetings and site visits where required.
