Duties include:- Dealing with all forms of enquires via telephone and email Taking and processing orders Checking prices Creating quotes Booking deliveries Sending out information to customers General administrative support Skills required:- Excellent IT skills, includidn Word, Outlook, Excel and Sage 200 Excellent organisational skills Must be able to read, write, and speak Chinese Used to working in a busy environment Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills IMMEDIATE INTERVIEWS AVAILABLE
