Customer Service Representative Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Garden CentrePay: £12.71PH PLUS - £50 per appointment bookedDates: 5th and 6th December and 12th and 13th December, with additional weekday opportunities available.About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic, confident and approachable individuals to join us for a Christmas promotional campaign at a busy garden centre.Your role will be to promote and raise awareness of a featured product, engage with customers visiting the garden centre and encourage interested customers to book an appointment.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people, has a friendly personality and is confident approaching customers.Key Responsibilities Approach and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.Promote and introduce customers to the featured product.Explain the benefits of the product and generate customer interest.Encourage interested customers to book an appointment.Record appointments accurately and provide a positive customer experience.Represent the brand professionally throughout the campaign.
