Senior Quality and Business Management Systems Lead Location: Remote (occasional travel to Rugby) Contract: 6 Months inside ir35 Sector: Energy / Power / Engineering CCL Global is recruiting for an experienced Senior Quality and Business Management Systems Lead to support a leading organisation within the energy and power sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening and developing the company''s Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and supporting the integration of business processes across different divisions. The role will also involve working closely with PMO leadership to map, review and optimise core business processes using SAP Signavio, supporting the implementation of a new Portfolio Project Management (PPM) system. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the development, implementation and improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS). Prepare and coordinate activities for upcoming ISO 9001 surveillance audits. Ensure quality documentation, procedures and operational processes meet ISO 9001:2015 requirements. Support the integration of different business divisions into a wider corporate Quality Management System. Work closely with internal stakeholders to improve quality processes and encourage consistent ways of working. Map and optimise business processes using SAP Signavio.
