Responding to specific hardware or software requests. Contributing to a technical knowledge base. Participating in telephony and videoconferencing projects. Occasionally assisting operations teams. Ensuring the operational maintenance (MCO) of the telephony and videoconferencing infrastructure. Providing knowledge transfer to technicians when necessary. Updating technical documentation and procedures. Skills: Advanced knowledge of Cisco VoIP (CUCM, Unity Connection, Jabber, IP Phones, Cisco SBS, VG2xx ), Webex, and Cisco videoconferencing (endpoints, TMS, Pexip ). Knowledge of VMware suite and vSAN storage. Familiarity with Kurmi, Telsica, and PeterConnects ecosystems. Good understanding of SIP/H323 protocols.
