We are currently looking for Food Service Assistants for work on Torness Power Station. The role will include helping prepare hot and cold food, assisting the kitchen manager, making coffees, using tills, and cleaning the kitchen after service. Details: Starting - January 2026 Duration - 3 - 4 Months during Outage, longer/perm opportunities Paying - 13.50ph Up to 37hours Mon-Fri (Hours after 37 Mon-Fri and Saturday Morning 20.25ph and 27ph for Saturday afternoon and all hours Sunday) Full PAYE plus holidays Overtime available Requirements: Must be able to get to Torness Power Station Previous experience is advantageous Willing to go undergo nuclear clearance to be able to work on site, which Must be able to pass regular drug and alcohol tests This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience on a nuclear power station, all permanent staff in the kitchen have previously come from similar short term projects Job Types: Full-time, Temporary Benefits: On-site parking Work Location: In person
