Qualified Lawyer, with a valid practising certificate in the UKSpecialism within Employment Law, with experience of practising post-qualificationExperience working for any public sector organisation or local authorityDuties / Responsibilities

Advising on all matters of employment law, both contentious and non-contentiousAdvising on areas of employment law such as TUPE and equal payAttending and preparing for employment tribunals as necessaryRepresenting the Borough and external clientsDeputise for senior members of the legal teamHow to apply
