Legal Secretary - Residential ConveyancingSearch Recruitment are seeking an organised, proactive, and client-focused Legal Secretary to join our busy Residential Conveyancing team. In this key support role, you''ll help our fee earners deliver an exceptional service by providing high-quality administrative and secretarial assistance.This is a fast-paced and varied position where no two days are the same. You''ll coordinate diaries, liaise with clients, prepare documents, and help the team stay efficient and well-organised.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners within the Residential Conveyancing team.Manage complex diaries, including scheduling meetings, calls, travel and lunches, and maintaining strong communication with internal and external contacts.Serve as a key point of contact for clients, managing calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and warmth.Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail.Assist with meeting preparation and follow-up, including locating documents and drafting materials.Support business development activities, such as preparing pitches, presentations, and client-facing materials.Manage incoming post, calls and emails on behalf of fee earners, prioritising and escalating as needed.Maintain accurate client information and records within the firm''s CRM system.Produce routine financial reports, assist with expense
