Our client is looking to appoint a motivated, organised and customer-focused individual to join its internal sales and customer support team at its Dukinfield facility. This opportunity would suit someone currently working in Internal Sales, Sales Administration, Sales Support, Customer Service, Customer Account Coordination, Order Processing or a similar commercially focused office-based position in the Manufacturing, Engineering or Industrial sectors You do not necessarily need previous experience selling engineering products. We are particularly interested in individuals who have worked within manufacturing, engineering, industrial distribution or other product-led businesses and are comfortable managing customer enquiries, orders and internal systems. The working environment is friendly, supportive and collaborative, with an emphasis on providing excellent customer service rather than aggressive outbound selling.
