Position: Maintenance Person/ PlumberLocation: SN3 aera of SwindonDuration: PermanentSalary: £32,000 to £33,500 plus package We are looking for an experienced Commercial Maintenance Person who has good plumbing knowledge to work on a very large Commercial/ Industrial site based in the Swindon area. This Maintenance Person will be working throughout the whole site that will include office areas, depots and within the manufacturing area. They will be dealing with a lot of planned maintenance and compliance checks which will include water flushing. They will also be replacing taps, radiators etcThis person must have commercial maintenance experience, we would look like someone with a level 2 plumbing qualification, however strong plumbing knowledge would work well. This is a large static site, so we do not need a full UK driving licence, but it would be beneficial. The plumber will not be required to join the maintenance on call rotaRequirements Experience dealing with maintenance on large commercial sitesHappy to deal with compliance maintenance including flushingMust be able to deal with tap changes, radiator changes etcHappy to cover other general building maintenanceLevel 2 in plumbing is preferred however we would look at other city and guilds qualificationsBased in a commutable distance to the SN3 area of SwindonHappy to work on a static site Package Basic salary based on a 40 hourweek21 days holiday plus bank holidaysPensionEarly finish on a FridayNo on call rota(unless ..... full job details .....
