Due to a rapid increase in workload within their Water division, our client, a top Utility Contractor is looking for 2 Senior Quantity Surveyors to support recently awarded Contracts on Thames Water which include New Water Mains and Mains Replacement works throughout London. They seek the services of Senior Quantity Surveyors with duties including overseeing Sub Contractor Accounts, Issuing Payments, Cost Reporting and Claims works. To be considered, you will have a minimum of an HNC in Quantity Surveying and will have Water experience gained with Main Contractors. In return, a top day rate is on offer which is OUTSIDE IR35 along with an immediate start and long term contract which will see you through 2026 and beyond!
