THE ROLE:
As Head of Conveyancing, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of conveyancers, assistants, and support staff across four offices in West Yorkshire. You will oversee and coordinate all aspects of residential property transactions, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of services to clients.

THE CANDIDATE:
The firm is seeking a qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with over five years of post-qualification experience, who has previously held a senior leadership role, ideally as a Head of Conveyancing. The successful candidate will bring strong technical expertise in residential conveyancing, coupled with excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. A high level of commercial awareness, along with a proactive approach to business development
