You will work closely with the pupils on a 1 to 1 and small group basis to support them across a range of academic lessons. You should have a calm and consistent approach and be committed to supporting pupils to make progress and overcome learning barriers. You will work closely with the SENDCO and subject teachers, providing assessments and reports.
