The role sits within a wider built environment consultancy business, giving you the platform of a major organisation with clear local ownership.Working closely with the Head of Building Surveying and the regional practice, you would help deliver the business plan, win work and support major clients across healthcare, education, residential, defence, commercial, infrastructure and public sector portfolios.The appeal is the balance of strategic input, client ownership and team leadership, while still remaining close to technical delivery and high-quality project work.Responsibilities of the Role This is a senior leadership role combining business development, client management, team leadership and technical oversight.
