We are looking for a Head Chef to oversee two restaurants in a central London 4* hotel.

You will be responsible for a team of 8 - 10 chefs, overseeing a casual dining restaurant and a British pub. You will have full autonomy to be creative on the menu''s which change seasonally.

The kitchens are ground floor, and new and spacious.

This is a lovely role for a Head Chef looking to settle into a role , working as part of a larger group of hotels.

You should be a strong manager, a good mentor and astute with regards to managing costs and GP. Previous experience as a Head Chef is essential
