BID and MARKETING MANAGER
Location: Bristol / Trowbridge
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
£ Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Bid and Marketing Manager to join a growing business and play a key role in supporting its business development and marketing activities.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining creative marketing with strategic bid management, helping to drive business growth, raise brand awareness and secure new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the preparation and submission of bids, tenders and proposals.
- Develop and maintain marketing materials and company branding.
- Manage website content, social media and digital marketing activity.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, events and networking opportunities.
- Support business development activities and identify new opportunities.
- Manage company memberships and accreditations.
- Work closely with the Commercial Director to support wider business objectives.

What We''re Looking For:

- Relevant experience in bid management, marketing or business development.
- Proven experience writing bids, tenders and compelling proposals.
- Strong written communication, proofreading and presentation skills.
- Experience with digital marketing, social media and website platforms such as WordPress.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Confident communication skills and a proactive, commercially focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant marketing tools.
