We run 12-week sprints to build, prototype, and launch AI products that automate global business workflows. Role Split 30% Innovation: Build new AI-driven tools from scratch in rapid sprints. 70% Evolution: Maintain, scale, and add high-impact features to existing AI products.Key Responsibilities Technical Ownership: Write production-ready code and lead advanced testing (performance, security, stress). System Design: Research emerging tech and design scalable architectures that balance speed with long-term health. End-to-End Delivery: Own the full lifecycle-from initial research and scoping to production deployment and monitoring. Collaboration: Act as the technical point of contact for partners and mentor team members. What We''re Looking For Core Stack: Expert-level Python (Backend) + Angular or React (Frontend).
