You will support projects from contract award through to final account, working closely with project, operational and commercial teams.What you will be doingAs a Quantity Surveyor , you will take responsibility for the commercial and contractual management of overhead line projects, helping to ensure they are delivered efficiently and achieve strong commercial outcomes.You will: Take ownership of project cost management, producing accurate forecasts and maintaining clear visibility of commercial performance.Manage variations and change, ensuring commercial impacts are identified, assessed and addressed effectively.Work alongside project teams to identify commercial risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.Prepare and manage Cost to Complete forecasts and Cost Value Reconciliations, ensuring financial reporting remains accurate and up ..... full job details .....
