They seek to minimise the costs of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality. Preferably, they will be a Chartered Member of the RICS, CICES or CIOB or working to achieve in the near future. Experience of managing a small team of commercial staff as well as mentoring others on their journey to becoming professionally qualified is desirable. They will maintain their Continuing Professional Development (CPD).What you''ll be doing Request information and systematically check dataPrepares Activity Schedules, Resource Schedules and analyses tenderdocumentsCritically appraises, estimates and negotiates the above with 3rd partiesReviews complex contract programmes such as Time-Location,Assists with the preparation of delay and disruption programmesMonitors subcontract activities, measure and respond appropriatelyPrepares Internal reports, commercial progress and financial reconciliation andreport to senior project staff.Understanding of the Customer Contract and undertakes customer andstakeholder managementAnalyses rates and prices, agreement of variations and or compensation eventsas required
