Head of Technology Remote (UK) | Monthly travel to the South Coast £100,000 £120,000 + Bonus + Benefits We re partnering with a growing, technology-led organisation that is looking for an experienced Head of Technology to lead and develop its technology function. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a broad senior leadership role with responsibility for a team of up to 25 people across Software Engineering, IT and technology operations. you''ll take ownership of the technology strategy and roadmap, while also providing leadership across engineering, architecture, cloud, security, service delivery and AI. The role will suit someone who is comfortable operating at both strategic and operational level and who can help scale the technology function as the business continues to grow.
