We''re moving beyond traditional Frontend vs Backend roles. We look for Fullstack Engineers who are excited to collaborate across the stack, and comfortable working alongside AI tools as their co-pilot in both discovery and delivery.
Some things we care deeply about:Technical rigour, with fast feedback loops enabled by collaborative refinement and AI-augmented workflows.Clear, thoughtful communication in code, docs, and discussions.Challenging the status quo, exploring new patterns, tools, and ways of working with AI to improve product quality and engineering efficiency.What you''ll doYou''ll work closely with the business to understand customer needs, taking ideas from concept all the way through to deployment.You''ll enjoy a lot of ownership and freedom, navigating a fast-moving environment where things aren''t always clearly defined.Build and maintain user-facing products across the stack.
