It''s a hands-on development role, but also one with real influence-ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring, technical leadership, and working closely with the CTO on shaping long-term strategy.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure applications using .NET (C#) and SQL Server.Lead technical design sessions and provide architectural input on new initiatives.Help build and support infrastructure components as part of the application lifecycle (e.g. deployment pipelines, cloud infrastructure, monitoring tools).Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, security, testing, and documentation.Mentor and support developers, contributing to a culture of continuous development.Play a key role in defining and shaping the department''s development processes and tools.Participate in strategic planning and provide insights into technology roadmaps.Experience and Skills:Strong experience with .NET Framework / .NET Core, C#, and related technologies.Solid SQL knowledgeGood understan
