Connect2Luton are excited to recruit a CX Project Training and Business Readiness Lead on behalf of Luton Borough Council.Main purpose of position:The Training and Business Readiness Lead will plan, manage and help deliver the training and work with business to prepare for the changes that will result from new systems and prepare and coordinate for early life support.Responsibilities:TrainingDetermine training requirements.Develop the training strategyDevelop training plan and book venues and traineesWork together with the project team to develop user guides, self-help videos and workshop training materialAlong with the project team, deliver trainingBusiness Readiness/Change:Develop business readiness approach/methodologyEngage with services impacted to be an advocate of and win buy in for change brought about by the Housing Replacement Systems projectsIdentify Business Change Managers (BCMs) in each teamCoach and familiarise colleagues with the business readiness methodologyLead / support business readiness workshops / meetingsPrepare / tailor documents such as business readiness checklists, transition plans, acceptance criteria, go-live support plans.Develop go-live readiness and transition implementation plansEarly Life SupportDetermine go-live, early life support and embedding support requirementsWork with BAU support to determine criteria for handing over support from project to BAU and embedding supportDevelop go-live and early life support plansSet up go-live and early
