This setting supports both mainstream and SEND learners, offering a truly inclusive and caring environment.This is a full-time role, working 5 days a week (8:30am - 4:00pm). However, strong candidates with relevant experience who are available 4 days a week will also be considered.Key Responsibilities: Take the lead as a key worker/key person, including completing leavers reports and maintaining key paperwork. Build strong relationships with parents and liaise with external bodies when required. Contribute to the positive and engaging learning environment that supports every child''s development.
