You will be joining a well-established and collaborative HR team, led by an inspiring and supportive leader who truly champions development and teamwork. As HR Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:Managing the full onboarding and vetting process for new startersMaintaining and updating the HR system with starters, leavers, employee changes, pay updates and absence recordsActing as the first point of contact for HR queries, managing the HR inbox and escalating issues where appropriateSupporting the employee lifecycle including onboarding, contractual changes, absence management, maternity meetings, exit interviews and payroll administrationPreparing HR documentation including new starter packs, formal meeting correspondence, policy guidance and employee referencesCoordinating employee engagement initiatives including recognition schemes, wellbeing support, c
