**Pay:** -95 - -110 per day (dependent on experience)

At Aspire People, we are working with a supportive and inclusive primary school in Bedford that is looking to welcome a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to their team. The school has a strong focus on early intervention, nurturing support, and creating an environment where every child feels safe, understood, and able to succeed.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact, supporting pupils with additional needs including Autism (ASD), speech and language difficulties, and social communication needs.

Your role will include:

* Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND
* Supporting learning activities in and out of the classroom
* Helping pupils develop communication, social skills, and confidence
* Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in learning
* Working closely with the class teacher and SENDCo to support individual learning plans

* Has experience working with children, ideally within a primary or SEND setting
* Is patient, nurturing, and able to build strong relationships
* Has a proactive and flexible approach to supporting a range of needs
* Is passionate about helping every child reach their full potential
