We are working with a client in the steel arena, who-is seeking a-reliable and motivated Production Operative to join their growing team.

The successful candidate will support production and warehouse activities, ensuring customer orders are manufactured, inspected, stored, and dispatched efficiently while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards. An FLT license would be advantageous.-

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8am-4pm and Friday 8am-2pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling stainless steel bars and finished products.
• Assisting with production processes including cutting, straightening, finishing, and packing.
• Loading and unloading materials using lifting equipment.
• Material identification and traceability control.
• Conducting quality checks and completing production records.
• Preparing materials for dispatch.
• Supporting stock control and warehouse activities.
• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
• Working to production schedules and company quality standards.
