Your new company are an established regional Main Contractor, operating within Commercial New Build, Refurbishment / Fit Out / Cut & Carve, Cladding / Facade, and Residential. Project values are typically up to30M.-

My client are looking for a candidate with a good Main Contractor background, either at a Regional or National business.-

Whist working in this role, you will lead a team of Estimators, Bid Managers, and Design bias staff, whilst reporting into a Pre-Construction Director.-

Relevant degree level qualifications are is essential.-
