Work closely with directors as a trusted partner and advisor on all things people. Champion Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion, embedding inclusive practices into everything the business does. Shape and nurture a vibrant, high-performing, and collaborative culture. Build and improve HR processes, policies, and frameworks from the ground up. Coach managers and leaders to grow their teams and support engagement. Use data and insight to help the business make better people decisions. What We''re Looking For: HR Business Partner or generalist experience in a fast-paced, growing company. Strong knowledge across all HR areas - strategic and operational. Proven track record of driving EDI initiatives and creating inclusive workplaces. Confident influencing senior leaders and shaping culture. CIPD qualified (or equivalent exper
