About the Role As a Candidate Onboarding Partner, you will manage the entire onboarding process from offer acceptance through to start date. You will ensure candidates are fully compliant, legally cleared to work, and supported throughout their journey. Working closely with Recruitment Consultants, Candidate Management Partners, and external agency partners, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding candidate experience while maintaining the highest compliance standards. What You''ll Be Doing Managing all onboarding activities, including right to work checks, DBS checks, references, safeguarding, training, declarations, and compliance documentation.
