Senior Quality Assurance Technician Location: Edenbridge Salary: c depending on experience + Annual Profit BonusBenefits: 24 days holiday + Bank Holidays, Pension, Private Medical (following probation), Annual Bonus and Salary Review and excellent training and development opportunities.Hours: Permanent, Full Time / 8am - 4.30pm with some flexibility if requiredThis is a pro-active and busy quality role, reporting to the Head of Training and Standards and QA and Compliance Manager on day-to-day Quality Issues from Production.To ensure that all internal system processes are completed in a timely manner in line with the agreed schedules and targets set out by the Partnership Quality and Compliance Manager.In this role, you will ensure that all packaging materials and finished goods meet strict quality and safety standards, supporting compliance with BRCGS Packaging, ISO 9001, and food industry regulations.Key Responsibilities:Investigating and responding to customer complaintsCarrying out route cause analysis as necessaryRaising and investigating internal non-conformancesInterdepartmental meetings/communication to ensure continuous improvement and effective process controlMonthly Quality ReportsOverseeing the day to day activity of the Quality Assurance TechniciansParticipating in and preparing for all external audits (Customer and BRC)Assisting with Internal Audit ProgrammeManaging Hygiene InspectionsTraining as required with the QA Manager and the Head of Training and Standard
