As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience, maintaining strong visual standards, and leading your team to achieve commercial success. • Proven management experience within fashion or lifestyle retail
• Strong track record of delivering excellent customer service
• Confident with visual merchandising and creating an inspiring store environment
• Passionate about developing people and stretching performance
• Solid understanding of KPIs, budgets and gross profit
• Excellent organisational skills with a proactive, commercial mindset
• Highly presented with strong communication skills and a positive leadership style
